Farhan really knows his stuff, not just when it comes to flooring, but the building industry as a whole. He helped me choose the right floor and finish, and I felt confident in the decision from the very beginning.
What impressed me most was the level of trust. I actually went overseas on holiday and handed over the keys with my return dates. While I was away, the team kept me updated the entire time with photos, videos and regular messages. I came home to a spotless house and brand new floors, as if nothing had happened. No stress, no issues, just a seamless result. That kind of service is rare in Perth.
Farhan personally oversees every single job, so he is always on site making sure everything runs to plan. They went above and beyond, coordinating other trades, managing dust control, organising furniture removal and final clean, and even covering the cost of a carpet restretch that should have been my responsibility. There were no hidden costs and no surprise variations. The project was completed exactly as quoted.

“Frank and his team were very thorough in their workmanship when they replaced my son’s flooded floor boards last April 2024. They’re easy to deal with especially Frank who always check the progress of their job from removing/lifting the damaged timber floors, applying a leveling liquid concrete which was amazing to the finished tasks. Please see the photos as evidence and came out that was better than the original floor. With this result, I highly recommend Frank and his team. I give Frank and his team 11 points from 0 to 10.
